Trying to get my return sorted felt way harder than it needed to be. I kept feeling like I was the one chasing everything down, and it just dragged on forever. For something that should’ve been simple, it really ended up being a headache.

My order tracking stopped updating, so I reached out to Brookstone support. I’ll admit I took screenshots and kept my order info handy just in case, because I don’t like leaving stuff like that up in the air. The rep was friendly and actually looked into the issue instead of giving me some generic copy-paste answer.

It did take a little while to get a response, so I had to be patient, but they eventually fixed it and explained what was going on in a way that made sense. Overall, it turned out fine, and I’d say the support was helpful, just not super fast.

I picked up a brookstone neck massager last year, it’s still doing fine even though I use it regularly.

There’s a couple little scuffs on the plastic, and yeah, the cord gets twisted now and then, but nothing’s broken or feels loose. The battery still holds a charge too. Not quite like when it was brand new, but still decent.

I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the shipping took longer than I expected, and the buttons could feel a little nicer. But as far as durability goes, I’m happy with it so far.

I ordered a neck massager and they sent me some random travel pillow instead. No idea how that happens, but then customer support took forever to respond and acted like I was the one who messed up the order. Really frustrating, and they need to take responsibility for their own mistake.

Support did get back to me eventually, so it wasn’t a total mess, but it definitely didn’t feel as smooth as advertised. Not terrible, just kind of average.

I got a Brookstone massager and it works fine, but it’s not as powerful as I was hoping. The battery life is decent and it feels okay to use, but for the price I expected a little more. Shipping was fine, nothing special. I also had to contact customer service about a question and got transferred around, which was annoying. Overall, it’s not a bad product, but I wouldn’t exactly rave about it.

The package showed up looking great, honestly. The box felt sturdy, and nothing seemed banged up or weird. Everything inside was clean and safe too, which is always a relief because you never really know with shipping sometimes

I still think brookstone has some of the coolest little gadgets you don’t really see in every other store. A few things felt a bit expensive to me, but some of the ideas are fun and surprisingly useful. I’d be curious to hear if other people have found their stuff worth the price too.

As someone who usually prefers checking out with PayPal, I really appreciated that it was available. It made the whole payment process quick, easy, and exactly how I like to pay
